PLACING AN ORDER
By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
We offer free postage and packaging to addresses within the United Kingdom and Channel Islands.
For other addresses, please contact Customer Services requesting delivery rates and conditions.
If you are not entirely delighted with the PlantingPlanner CD you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you a refund provided that the CD is returned in its original condition along with its complete case.
As is industry standard, we can not offer a refund for the downloadable version of the program - since you already have the software and product key, and there is nothing that can be returned.
For all CD returns you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the product to us. For damaged or defective CDs, your postage costs will be reimbursed.
Please email our Customer Services first for details on how to return the CD, and to advise us whether you require a refund or exchange. CDs should be returned with their case in their original condition. Please wrap securely, preferably using the supplied packaging.
When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
PAYMENT AND TAXES
We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit card or PayPal account. We use PayPal to handle payment transactions with complete security, and we do not have access to your card or bank details. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch & American Express cards.

The prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£). If your order is being dispatched to a destination outside the UK, any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.
Stock permitting, all orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours, to arrive with UK customers within six working days. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch it as soon as it becomes available.
